SHIPPING & RETURNS
For listings with free shipping, it only applies within the continental 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any of the U.S. territories may incur an additional shipping charge. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from returns. Please contact us for additional information prior to placing your order.
We strive to ship your order in a prompt manner to meet the criteria for shipping time that we specify in the Item information. Item ships within one business day after the payment has cleared or same day. We ship with FEDEX/UPS/USPS ground service unless instructed to do differently. We also may have an option of expedited shipping at an extra cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time.
Items listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock” typically ship by the estimated ship date listed on the product page. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. Our customer service representatives monitor backorders on a daily basis to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.
Import duties, taxes, and fees aren’t included in the item’s price or shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for paying for any import fees. Check with your country’s customs office to find out what these additional charges will be before you buy. International shipping rate applies to addresses in all other locations.
Automotived ships packages all over the globe. If you would like to see an estimated cost of shipping an item(s) internationally, it will show in your shopping cart if not please contact us. Please remember these shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by Automotived. By law, we are required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees, Automotived reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order. If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “On Order” or “Out of Stock”, we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Automotived reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. Orders are normally only split automatically if both orders qualify for free shipping. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please notify our customer service department and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Automotived is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.

Any revisions to our Shipping Policies will be posted on this page and any other page we deem necessary to inform our users of any changes made. We reserve the right to modify our Shipping Policies at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any policy revisions constitutes your acceptance of and agreement with the changes made.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date with documentation related to said purchase as requested. Returns or refunds are only available for products that are returned in the same condition they were sent, brand new and sealed. Returns will NOT be accepted for opened or used items. Please contact customer support for any questions or concerns.
Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing practices. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. Automotived does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for free shipping will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees. At the discretion of Automotived, items purchased from automotived.com may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s purchase price. Automotived does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer’s warranty. If you recently purchased a product from automotived.com and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact a member of our customer service department for assistance. Our customer service representatives can provide installation support, troubleshooting advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments. If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.
